Configuring the Pronexus Application Console

In order to use the Pronexus Application Console, you must install either an Dialogic (analog or digital) voice card, or TAPI.

You can configure various elements of the Pronexus Application Console system by adjusting the values presented when the Application Console is selected on the tree.

To save changes, click on the Apply Changes button. If unsaved changes have been made to the current item when a new item is selected, you will be prompted to save/discard the changes before leaving the item.

Configuration items for the Application Console are maintained in its .INI file , although most can be changed directly in the Application Console's configuration panel.
