Pointing NLog at an Application

To point NLog at a specific application on the local machine:

  1. Click the Choose Application to Log button on the NLog Viewer

  2. Select the application to log from the list box

  3. Click OK

  4. Set up system views and custom views in your NLog Viewer

To point NLog at a specific application on the network:

  1. Click the Choose Application to Log button on the NLog Viewer

  2. Click the Change button

  3. Browse to the location of the application you wish to monitor

  4. Click OK

  5. Set up system views and custom views in your NLog Viewer
