This page is available on all voice processing controls. Use it to select the controls that handle errors and global events, such as detection of a help digit in the control. Use it also to set the graphical connections to other controls.
Each line in the table refers to a possible global event or to an output node on the control. The Jump To and Node columns specify which control will process this event. The LineConnect column specifies whether a line will be drawn on the form to show the connection.
Use this page to specify handlers for global events. When an error or global event occurs, the call exits this control and enters the control specified for that event.
Each control can specify a different control to handle each event. If no control is entered and the field is left as [Default], the standard handling for that event takes place.
In addition to the Invalid Digit, Silence Timeout, and Disconnect events, a destination control can also be set for detection of the global Help digit and for Global Tone events.
