This topic describes the asynchronous telephony and system conditions that may alter the normal processing of the VBVoice call-flows. Such conditions, global in nature, are normally handled by throwing an software event (to let your code take an action if required) and passing the call to a new VBVoice control, designated as a handler. Custom processing through code may be provide both per-control, or globally, for the whole application. If no custom processing is provided, VBVoice will take default actions.
